Payment Policy

Consultation fees

The applicable consultation fee will be communicated to the patient before confirmation of the appointment.

The clinic reserves the right to revise its consultation fees from time to time. Any applicable fee for a confirmed consultation will be communicated before the consultation is scheduled.

Payment for online consultations

Unless otherwise communicated by the clinic, payment for an online consultation may be required in advance to confirm the appointment.

Payment should be made only through payment methods or details officially communicated by Aadarsh Homoeopathic Clinic.

Patients are advised to retain their payment confirmation or receipt for their records.

Payment confirmation

An appointment requiring advance payment will generally be considered confirmed after:

• Appointment availability has been confirmed by the clinic; and
• The applicable payment has been successfully received.

The clinic will make reasonable efforts to provide confirmation or acknowledgement of payment.

Additional services

Any charges for services other than the consultation, where applicable, will be communicated separately.

Payment security

Patients should not share banking passwords, PINs, OTPs, or other sensitive financial credentials with the clinic or any individual claiming to represent the clinic.

The clinic will not request confidential banking credentials that are unnecessary for processing a legitimate payment.
